Another service provided is our "Direct Teller". Use the Citizens Federal Direct Teller for accurate 24-hour account information. Dial 1-800-436-5177 using a touch-tone telephone and follow the easy steps for entering your account number and password. You will be able to obtain:

· Account Balances
· Limited account History
· Interim Statement, 30 day checking history (small fee may apply)

You will also be able to transfer funds between your Citizens Federal checking and savings account (small fee will apply after 5 free per month).
