Online Banking is Here !!!

To enroll or logon to Online Banking, click the Online Banking button.

This will take you to our Online Banking page.

Once you are at our Online Banking, you must first enroll.

There are videos at the bottom of the page that explain the enrollment process in detail. We encourage you to view the video which shows the step by step instructions for the enrollment process.

After completing the Online Banking enrollment, you will be contacted by e-mail when your Online Account is approved. After you receive the e-mail of your account approval, which we will process as quickly as possible, you will be ready to logon and access your account.

There is also a video at the bottom right of the enrollment/logon page which explains in detail the logon process. Again, we encourage you to also view that video before logging on for the first time.

Free Bill Pay
Account Alerts (set up by the customer)
e-statements (you must be signed up for e-statements to view)
The ability to view your check images

One service provided is our "Direct Teller". Use the Citizens Federal Direct Teller for accurate 24-hour account information. Dial 1-800-436-5177 using a touch-tone telephone and follow the easy steps for entering your account number and password. You will be able to obtain:

· Account Balances
· Limited account History
· Interim Statement, 30 day checking history (small fee may apply)

You will also be able to transfer funds between your Citizens Federal checking and savings account (small fee will apply after 5 free per month).
