Several Logan County residents have been reporting phone calls stating that the caller is Citizens Federal alerting them of a card suspension. They then give a number to call back.

This is a telephone fraud scheme. Please do not call the number.
There have been reports of this type scheme in other regions of the nation.

There has been no data breach of phone numbers at Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association.

We believe they are using a computer to robo-dial random numbers as customers and non customers received calls.

Please use extreme caution when receiving any calls or emails stating they are from a financial institution. We here at Citizens Federal would never call or email asking for personal account information.

Residents should never give out personal information over the phone or respond to e-mails asking for account information.
