Citizens Federal’s Re-opening of Lobby

We appreciate your patience as we all adapted to new processes to play our role in keeping one another safe. As we prepare to re-open our lobby, we wanted to share some important items to keep in mind.

     1. Beginning Monday, June 8th, the lobby will be open for teller line activity on Mondays and Fridays only. Please understand that our reopen date is subject to change.

     2. Masks will be required for all customers while inside the building.

     3. Our maximum occupancy limit is 24. This number includes staff and customers.

     4. Lobby activity will be limited to 5 customers in order to comply with social distancing and occupancy code requirements.

     5. The following procedure will be used for customers entering the lobby:

               1. Customers will be asked to wait outside the lobby doors until signaled into the vestibule.

               2. Once inside the vestibule, the customer will be asked to identify themselves by removing or pulling down their mask and if necessary, providing identification.

               3. Once inside the lobby, please maintain the recommended 6 feet of social distance between you, other customers, and Citizens Federal staff when possible.

     6. All non-teller line transactions will require an appointment. Please call us at (937) 593-0015 to schedule an appointment.

     7. For the health and well-being of our customers and staff, we strongly encourage you to continue using the banking channels you have used over the past several weeks (Drive-thru, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).

     8. Our bathrooms are not currently open to the public.

     9. We ask that you please stay home if you feel unwell or have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
